How Do You Use Our Daily Planner?

Often, we have great intentions when setting a daily schedule—but end up planning too much for the day and feeling overwhelmed. We've designed our Daily Planners to set you up for success.

To Do List and Priorities:

You’ll notice that we limited the To Do List to 10 tasks. To most effectively use our planner, list all your tasks and then identify your top 3 priorities for the day. This ensures that you do not overlook vital tasks. 

Schedule:

After identifying your tasks for the day, you can choose to assign each task a time. This gives a visual representation of how much time you have to complete each task.


Goals:

We designed this section for tasks that:

  • We might have been procrastinating for awhile

  • Need to be broken into smaller steps

  • Cause stress and/or anxiety

  • Are boring, inconvenient, and/or difficult

  • Lack structure and/or a timeframe

Feel free to list up to 5 steps you need to take in order to complete your goal. This will make difficult tasks more manageable and allow you to visualize a path to success.

This section works well for any additional thoughts or last minute tasks that may arise.
